Munro Vehicles has unveiled its all-electric MK1 Pick-Up (pictured), a zero-emission off-road vehicle. Following the success of the MK1 Truck, Munro’s second model offers customers in sectors like mining, construction, utilities, agriculture, and defense the opportunity to meet decarbonization targets without sacrificing performance.
Priced from £49,995 Ex VAT, the MK1 Pick-Up has already received over 200 orders, including from prominent companies. It features a spacious rear bed capable of carrying a 1050kg Euro Pallet payload and offers a maximum towing capacity of 3,500kg.
With its powerful motor, the MK1 Pick-Up can accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 4.9 seconds and has a range of over 190 miles on a fully charged battery.
Manufactured in Scotland, it marks a significant milestone as the first light vehicle produced in the region in over four decades.
“With a full two-year order book for both the MK_1 Pick-Up and the MK_1 Truck, Munro is having to expedite its search for larger premises to meet customer demand,” says Munro CEO and Co-Founder Russell Peterson.
